When people ruin a meal, they often experience negative emotions such as sadness, disappointment, and anger.
This has negative impacts on both consumer satisfaction and the company's product reputation.

Probability of messing up
I have designed the grip pattern for the small opening in a way that is highly ergonomic, allowing users to immediately identify the intended usage as soon as they pick it up.
On the other hand, the design of the large opening is intentionally non-ergonomic, creating a sense of discomfort that reminds users they are handling the large opening, thus preventing them from using it in the wrong orientation.
Keep the plastic caps for future use to reduce plastic waste.
After use, recycle the paper packaging and purchase refill packs.
